This Sunday we’re making okroshka – a traditional cold soup from Russia and Eastern Europe, perfect for hot Belgrade weather ☀️
It’s made with fresh vegetables, potatoes, eggs, lots of herbs and other good stuff, served cold.
And because the most important okroshka debate must be respected 😄, you can choose your own base:
🥛 Ayran – creamy, tangy and refreshing
🍞 Kvass – the traditional fermented bread drink, slightly sweet and sour
